True business agility, true organizational agility in my opinion is predicated on enterprise agility and enterprise agility is predicated on team level agility. We talk in LeadingAgile a lot about the idea of referencearchitecture versus reference implementation. It’s based upon a very valid referencearchitecture. Then on the other side of that, you have this idea of reference implementation. And what I say about SAFE often is that it is very valid.
