The Zachman framework can help achieve this.
So investment strategy, OKRs, KPIs, audit controls, financial compliance, governance, all that stuff, product management strategy, requirements, decomposition, traceability, Agile delivery and execution, DevOps, enterprisearchitecture, all of those things are all part of the same story.
