About 15 years ago I decided to pluck up the courage to set up in business on my own and established Scarlett Solutions, a boutique consultancy firm specialising in Business Analysis, BusinessArchitecture and change delivery. I work in both digital and analogue forms and I sometimes even combine the two! .
What I had been doing was working with businessarchitecture capability models to try to come up with organizational patterns and work breakdown patterns that matched so we could get worked on organizations. And so we kind of had this key insight about the relationship between businessarchitecture and team design and enterprise agile.
And businessarchitecture kind of a nebulous term, but how do you form teams? But we need to start to understand how business agility is different from team level agility. And what are the concerns of the executives when they say they want to do a digital transformation. If it’s I need a product that is cool.
Digital transformation, business transformation, business agility, right, all these buzzwords, right? What people are trying to figure out how to do is to use technology to leverage technology to generate better business outcomes. How do we continuously reevaluate the businessarchitecture?
So some of the things that we’re going to explore are ideas like businessarchitecture, business capability modeling. He talks about the relationship between data and domains and businessarchitecture.
