And businessarchitecture kind of a nebulous term, but how do you form teams? But we need to start to understand how business agility is different from team level agility. And what are the concerns of the executives when they say they want to do a digitaltransformation. How do you form teams across the enterprise?
Are we doing story point estimating or are we using planning poker? It’s not just in team level transformation, but in enterprise-level transformation, a whole IT organization transformations we get involved in, helping people change their financial governance strategies, KPIs, OKRs, things like that.

So some of the things that we’re going to explore are ideas like businessarchitecture, business capability modeling. He talks about the relationship between data and domains and businessarchitecture. And this is where typically the plan driven side of the world comes in. Great idea.
