What I had been doing was working with businessarchitecture capability models to try to come up with organizational patterns and work breakdown patterns that matched so we could get worked on organizations. And so we kind of had this key insight about the relationship between businessarchitecture and team design and enterprise agile.

It’s not just in team level transformation, but in enterprise-level transformation, a whole IT organization transformations we get involved in, helping people change their financial governance strategies, KPIs, OKRs, things like that. And in doing so, DevOps transformation, right? How do we educate them?
And businessarchitecture kind of a nebulous term, but how do you form teams? But we need to start to understand how business agility is different from team level agility.
