They’re really hunting organizational agility like how you get your company to become more agile, like at scale, like they weren’t talking like Fortune 10, Fortune 100 companies sometimes what does it mean to have business agility at that level of scale? And I guess, Dean Leffingwell came out with the first book on scaled agile.
And this was like way before the days Dean Leffingwell hadn’t even written his first book on scaling. It was like these four or 500 people, this organization through an Agile Transformation. And businessarchitecture kind of a nebulous term, but how do you form teams? None of the stuff on scaling was out there.
So I don’t care if you use Scrum to do that, but it wasn’t giving us the business benefits that we want. The first thing that I would encounter a little bit is I would read books on culture, and I would talk to people on culture. Sometimes it gets lumped into the idea of moving to the cloud or digitaltransformation.
