BusinessArchitecture is a holistic framework for aligning an organization with its goals, and in turn, making it more competitive. It provides the necessary structure to create a digitaltransformation roadmap by defining how data, applications and people interact. Businessarchitecture is the blueprint of a company.
In other words, a business analyst plays the role of the translator who helps business and technology stakeholders understand each other’s needs. BAs help businesses automate business capabilities, or as it is called, perform a “digitaltransformation.”
