Agile projectmanagement is often touted then described very eloquently in scrum terms. A name change to AgilePM in 2010 started to get more traction, and today there are 130,000 certified practitioners worldwide. Governance is built in, as is changemanagement, release management, and the business-as-usual functions.
– And I was a projectmanager. – And you were a projectmanager in a different part of the organization. I’m sitting there as this relatively young projectmanager, teaching all these folks at the bank about Agile, right, and risk management and things. Started LeadingAgile in 2010.
So we first worked together, I guess it was probably back in like late 2009, 2010. And so in the early days of this, like I was, you know, out solving problems that I was qualified to solve, candidly, which were mainly around organizational design, projectmanagement, governance, right. So— – We reconnected, yeah.
