Jeff: 2005 is the short answer 2004, 2005. And they were kind of a traditional projectmanagement organization, but they had this little experiment going off on the side and somebody suggested, hey, you might be a great fit for this. Anthony: Do you remember when you first got into agile ways of working?
I kind of grew up in projectmanagement and I grew up in projectmanagement and really, really complex systems. And so when I first started getting my exposure to Agile from the projectmanagement world, all the literature I was reading back in 2005 was about how do you form small cross-functional teams?
– And I was a projectmanager. – And you were a projectmanager in a different part of the organization. And in those days, so if this was 2004, 2005, something in that kind of range, in those days, then, you know, for the most part, Agile was still maybe one team of six, or eight, or 10.
